Since no one else has done it, I'll do a shout out to JP. Obviously Matt Campbell is the guy who deserves credit for leading our football program to levels of success few thought possible. But neither Matt Campbell nor the resources are at ISU without JP. Thanks JP!

Love him or hate him, you can’t deny all the positive things he’s done for ISU.
CMC loves working with/for him. That's all that matters to me at this point
A few years ago at the Cedar Rapids stop for the tailgate tour, John Walters was interviewing Jamie. During the general Q&A a fan said something like “I don’t have a question but I just wanted to say you are the reason for all the success Iowa State has seen and I think I speak for most of the fanbase when I say thank you for all that you have done for Iowa State” and he got a standing ovation from the rest of the crowd. That was awesome and even more deserved today. To say JP has been amazing for ISU is an understatement.
JP from the hospital bed speaking live to us at the Power and Light district, on the eve of a basketball championship is my favorite.

Also it's not just the money making sports. He was visibly choked up after CBA was brutally murdered. You could tell how much he cares.

Amazing 15 year run for JP. ISU may not have the gaudy amenities that Texas has, but ISU football has virtually everything the rest of the Big 12 has.

As someone else said, it's not just MBB and Football. We've made huge progress in men's golf, women's tennis, volleyball and hopefully wrestling is turning around too.

JP is on the Mt. Rushmore of ISU sports. His commitment and loyalty to the university is incredible.
How about his department’s handling of COVID. yet another reason to appreciate him!
