I'm on the fence, I'm not a huge football fan and don't really watch NFL or CFB outside of ISU games. We are in corner balcony so all the mini packs and end of year tickets pretty much going for free from people giving them away, there is not much incentive. No Iowa on the schedule next year either.

I replaced "season tix" with "student tix".

Yes, I will. Mainly because I tailgate every event with friends, and also because buying football is required in the process of buying basketball.

If CPR is still here, I buy them expecting the past few years to repeat themselves.

If CPR is gone, I buy them with hope this next season will be better. In some way, shape, or form.

Only reason I will buy them next year....

I don't have season tickets. Haven't been down to a game for a few years. It's just to big a commitment of time in the fall from this distance. Trading a nice fall weekend for a road trip and bad football just isn't worth it. I've never been a big tailgater and that's 90% of ISU football. It's easier and easier to not go to the game especially since they are all on TV or at a gamewatch here if I feel like socializing.

Question for me is, do I still send them the donation check? I don't see myself not donating but I might look over the boxes to see how I can direct my donations. Don't recall may options when giving to the athletic department. If they had the option I'd probably pick sending to volleyball, cross country and some of the other "lesser" sports.

Downgraded our tickets this year to lower our investment. Unfortunately we can't downgrade them again or I would in a heartbeat.

If Pollard pulls some garbage about charging more for next year's tickets because we add a home game then I will be tempted to drop them and scalp all year.

Yes. I'm an Iowa State fan. I don't buy my tickets based on who the coach is. Hopefully, some of you who are bailing are giving up seats near me so we can snatch them up.

Don't know why people like wasting so much time at this point for every game. I guess I admire them. I just get tired and bored of what I keep seeing, and also the result is way too predictable each week. If Paul is here next year I think 1 game early on would be enough for me just to get my fix.

The Hoiburger worked for Fred at Applebees. Maybe a new Rhoadsburger? Hope for no hole in the middle.

Yes, I will continue to buy season tickets and support the team, even if I'm frustrated with the 10 yard cushion defense (every game) and lack of imagination in NOT going for it on 4th and 1 from the 48 yard line (Iowa game).

You're not a "loyal son, forever true" if you don't go to the games just because you're mad there wasn't a coaching change. You're a fair-weather fan. Being an Iowa Stater is more than just cheering on the football team when they are good. Just enjoy the fall Saturdays tailgating and hanging out with friends / family.

I did not renew my tickets this year. I was fed up watching a team get its head kicked in and hearing the excuses of this coaching staff. So much talent on this team, and maybe that’s being a homer, but these coaches do not get how to run a successful team. I still go to one or two games a year, just to get my hopes up to be let down. But the only way I know, as a common man and not some millionaire booster, to send a message to this AD that I am fed up with the results is to not buy season tickets.

I've found I have a lot better time grilling out with the family, kids and friends in the backyard with how trashy these games are. In fact I bought a smoker with the money I would have spent on tickets (x2). When Iowa State plays as garbage as this, I just change the channel or go outside and throw the pigskin around and polish off a few ice cold Budweisers from the cooler. I’ll stick to this until something changes. I don’t feel any less forever true because of this.

I was a season ticket holder since 1995 and had never missed a game. Last year was the last straw. I no longer looked forward to going to the games and to be honest I haven't really missed not going this year.

It's most likely that I'll never buy season tickets again unless ISU makes a complete turnaround. I gave for 20 years and got very little return on my investment from a school that I didn't even attend. I had a lot of good times during those 20 years but most of them involved tailgating.

I will still be a fan and watch the games on TV but I've been kicked in the nuts too many times to pay for that privilege.

If more fans took a stand like you did CPR wouldn't be there today.

This boy gets it. He's more of a fan than those who say they will buy tickets no matter what. He doesn't enable Jamie to keep a guy that simply should not be d-1a head coach.

Not sure yet, too many variables at this point. Right now I go up and meet my two kids who are students. One or both may be in CO-OPs next fall so I'm not sure. If my kids are there, I will buy.
