Yeah, I get TJ’s take on not running up the score, but I also think in this situation grown men could have understood the rules are different…and that you’re not being a jerk getting to +20. Getting to +40 like Michigan…maybe a different story.

Is it bad to say that these players are expecting to be treated like grown men. And they have to understand when hundreds of thousands/millions are dependent on a shot to make it a 20+ win. Do your job and get the 'place you work for' that extra money. Don't care about disrespect.

Yeah, I wouldn't call this a sure thing. We are definitely better than them but it's not a gimme, and perception wise it absolutely sucks. All downside and no upside.

Now that the Big12 has some stake in this and presumably some pull, I wonder if Jamie brings this up with Yormark to make sure they put some adults in charge of this thing going forward. We can’t be putting 8 teams in this, essentially ending all MTE oppportinities for the top half of the league if it’s going to be run this poorly.
