Along with the other stuff, but definitely after seeing the video with Dekkers at the bar talking about his betting openly with somebody WHO HE KNOWS IS FILMING HIM, I've concluded that he's a knucklehead. And when you have a kid on your team that's a knucklehead there's a problem with that particular kid gaining the trust of his non-knucklehead teammates. And having coached for a few years I can say it's the non-knucklehead kids that win your games week in and week out. If the knucklehead is the starting quarterback it makes me wonder if that was an issue last year. And if so, to what extent did it affect the wins and losses.Again just a couch take but I got the impression that Dekkers is/wasn't great with constructive criticism from coaches which wouldn't help the cause.
