It’s not even fair for the guys going off in the afternoon vs the guys that went early. Afternoon guys will do well to shoot 72.

Agreed 100%. FanDuel had R2 scoring lines for Morikawa, Dechambeau, Thomas, and Koepka and they set the lines at:

72 or worse
71 or better

I bet all four to shoot 72 or worse (around -125 odds for each). The fact that I still win if they shoot even just seemed like a gift. Going under par in these conditions is going to be a very tall task. The only I guess positive factor going for them is that by the time they get to the hardest holes on the course late on the back nine, the wind will have probably slowed a little. If you're in the afternoon groups and starting on 10... good luck
