I am starting to see them more and more on the road, so how many of you have your own set of Cyclone plates. I enjoy reading them and seeing all of the different ways of working "Cy" or "ISU" into various words. If you don't mind sharing what do your plates say? If you have a personalized license plate but it's not an official college plate, but the name still involves Cyclone or ISU feel free to share.

I have noticed that if the driver has ISU plates im willing to cut them some slack for stupid driving or I'm more apt to let them squeeze in front of me. However, if the plates are of a "so called" university to the east, they can forget about it.

My ISU plates say "Cyano" go figure.

ISU plates "HWYRBRY"

It was my first car purchase and the dealer worked me over :growl5cj:

I wish they'd let me get the ones in my avatar, but no luck. SO i went with "CYKOPTH". ANd my wife recently got "4VR4CY". I wanted her to go with "J TRICE", since we named our dog Jack Trice and she absolutely loves him more than she loves me.
Its easiest to just go to the DMV with a list ideas you like and theyll check to see what is available.

also have a set of ISU plates to a long-retired tailgating van, it looked like a piece of crap - but it had an 5 "product" pump that poured shots out of the sink.

thus named "LDYKLLR"

I don't want to give any Hawk fans too much credit, but I saw this at the airport and thought it was hilarious. Sorry for the pic quality - I took it with my phone:

Her name rhymes with a part of the female anatomy, that's all I remember.

Delores? :laugh8kb:

Aretha? Bovary? :wink0st:

I laughed so hard I had to set down my luggage.

Mine is
ISU B12

People always ask me what B12 is, so I guess it back fired on me.

At least you don't have 'em asking you why you have "highway razberry" on your plates :baffled5wh: like they have with the HWYRBRY, :rolleyes5cz: robbery-robbery-robbery!!

I always wanted to get ISU plates when I was still in Iowa. Not really sure why I never got them. Just one of lifes' regrets I guess.
It's always cool to see ISU Alumni plate frames around H-Town though.
