seriously, i've never seen anyone as over sensitive as you. Its an opinion, stop crying like a little ***** holding a grudge. Jeeze i've seen 5 year olds act more mature than you.
anyways back to my statement. P90x seems like its a step away from a jazzercise session by richard simmons. With some research you could setup a workout plan without having to look like those people in step aerobics. If it works for you, great, but there are many other ways to get fit and i personally don't want my way to consist of watching a dude on tv telling me to tighten my *** cheeks.
Youve obviously never done it before then. You make it sound like its a cake walk, which it certainly is not. If done right, P90X is extremely effective for building muscle and establishing a lifestyle conducive to being healthy. You could easily go to a gym, pound your No-Explode and protein, crank out an hour of weights, have your buddy in his spandex and cut off tee spot your bench press while you grunt and be a bulky beefcake as opposed to a lean muscle machine like P90X works towards. Obviously, P90X is not for everyone. You need a lot of time, a lot of patience and a lot of persistence...and a bit of joy in pain
