it is a possibility but i heard current athletes would get the choice of old rules vs new ones so i would think that means if they have a good case for medical ei. ech, they would get it. from what i understand ferraris claim to a medical is much more dicey

No, the rule is written that anyone who ran out of eligibility in the spring of 2026 is not eligible for the new rules
