Huskers are 7 point underdogs to begin Rhule's first game at Nebraska the same as his two predecessors. :)

Mike Riley’s Nebraska tenure began with a heartbreaking and humiliating loss to BYU on a Hail Mary in 2015.

Scott Frost choked his first of many leads to Colorado in his debut as a Fusker HC.

He'll get them to something like 9ish wins here and there but Nebraska will not, at any time, be 'back'.
Right. With USC, Oregon and Washington (and even UCLA) in the B1G and no divisions, schools like Nebraska, Iowa and Michigan St will struggle for relevance. In a good year they will battle for maybe 7th place in the 18 team conference. And getting the big TV spots will be hard with so many bigger names in the conference.

Thought Rhule’s pregame sideline interview was odd. Did he even know what her questions were?

Going to be really conflicted this year when Iowa plays Nebby. Usually root for the team with the most to lose, to lose. But Rhule can **** off. Most sure I ever want to see him win.
