Oklahoma State this weekend

He's been bad this year, averaging almost 2 points less than last year and shooting 17% from 3.

So you know...
The guys doing their game last night said that he was available but their coach said he’d just started practicing. He looked bad in his two minutes too.

Even if he plays on Saturday, it’d be surprising if it’s any more than ten minutes.

Yeah the “house money” thing went out the window with the Texas win. We are squarely in the race and good enough to stay there.

Gives me last year vs. TTech vibes.

our offense is much better, obviously but it's going to be a defensive slugfest.

Don't know if we will pull it off but winning these types of games will determine who wins the Big 12 and if we are really a 2/3 seed in the NCAA tournament.

We have already picked up two critical road wins, with how well we are playing at Hilton - this one would be huge.

Absolutely correct

it's a tricky game, perception-wise, too as OSU is much better in the analytics (top 25) than by record (bubble team)

that said - I'm as confident as I've ever been in a ISU conference road game - this team have really bought into the "road dogs" mentality

Glad we're going to Stillwater now and not a month from now when their center gets back into game shape.

Grill's health is a concern, but this might be the deepest bench ISU has had in a long time. I have complete confidence in Watson taking more minutes if Caleb isn't able to go. And I'd much prefer he rest if he needs it rather than let his back issues linger for several weeks.

Def a game a 2 seed should win. If we are winning 13 conference games the loses need to be KU, KSU Baylor types, even with this as a road game. SO far the team has been very well prepped for these and I expect that to be the case again.

Has there been an update on Grill's back? Looked like he strained it, but I haven't seen anything indicating concern.

I'm all over the place in how I think this goes tomorrow. Part of me thinks they win a close, low-scoring one something like 55-51.

Another part of me thinks our defense stifles them and we win in a rout something like 71-54.

No in between.

Most of you need to put your nutcups away and enjoy the ride with TJ & The Boys.

72-61 Road Dawgs
63-60 another buzzer beater to crush Oklahoma State’s heart again from us. Don’t know if I’ll ever put the nut cup fully away, maybe I’ll hide it in a drawer and quit wearing it though but there’s always a chance i might have to bust it out again

I would think he's fine. He stayed in the game for the final 4 minutes of the game after it happened

Even made 6-6 FTs when they started fouling us on inbounds
