I can tell you I watched two of my teammates have their career at ISU ruined by a false accusation.

I can't speak to that. I did know a girl who never showed up for an appointment she had with another friend of mine. She confided in our mutual friend that she had been raped by a couple of her "friends" at ISU. We never learned the identity of them but we did know that they were athletes. She refused to tell the authorities or anything. That being said, there is a lot of acquaintance rape that went on/goes on just with the general student population as well, so I don't take it as an athlete only problem.

You know what, I don't see any purpose in providing the details. I didn't do anything or say anything at the time because it just isn't smart to get on the bad side of a guy that is twice your size and has a lot of friends that have his back. So you see or even experience criminal activity, you just let it go. I'm talking about two incidents of theft and one where I was assaulted and threatened. Nothing that demanded involving the authorities. If you don't agree that a lot of these college athletes have a sense of entitlement and privilege, well, you may be right, but that certainly wasn't my experience.
