SIAP: NFL is changing kickoff rules. Players kicking off can't get a running start, no more wedge blocking. Receiving team must have 8 players within 15 yards of the kick line

They should quit ******* around and just dump the kickoff now. All these rule changes and half measures are just a waste of time when it's pretty clear what their ultimate goal is.
