1-1 at half. The US has been pretty aggressive with their press and gotten a couple of turnovers off of it, one of them in the box. The Swiss have been pretty tame with their defensive pressure so they haven’t really challenged Yueill all that much. There won’t be much to learn about our backup D-mids if they pretty much let whoever is there have time on the ball.
Not really. It looked like it was pretty close to their top shelf 11. The Euros start June 11 so I think a lot of European countries have their squads assembled in camp for their prep already.
Wow. I didn't get to play a whole lot of attention to the game today.
How many starters was the US short? I know Pulisic was out but don't know about others.
Tyler Adams has a back injury and was out so we got Yueill. Aaron Long blew up his achilles so Mark McKenzie paired with Brooks at CB. I think Chris Richards may have gotten that spot, but he’s dealing with some niggling injury. Aaronson got the start out wide in Pulisic’s typical spot.
Steffen also didn’t play but Horvath did pretty well. Yueill, Acosta, and Ream belong nowhere near the national team.
The US left it late against Honduras on Thursday but got the goal to send them to the Nations League final against Mexico on Sunday night. The match is on CBS Sports Network or Paramount+ at 8 pm central. This will be a really good measuring stick match to see where this squad is in a match with full strength squads.

I think if Costa Rica has Keylor Navas they win that game in penalties.
Tyler Adams is available for the final against Mexico. Berhalter has been coy about whether he’s ready to start or not, but Adams at the 6 from the start would be massive against El Tri.
Anyone else watching the CONCAF finals? Rough start, but they got a gift on the VAR review to keep it 1-0 and then tied it up. Not a lot of confidence to be honest, but an entertaining game for sure.
McKennie has been on the end of like every corner it seems. Hell of a job from him.
