This is been one ugly first half for the ISU offense. ******* stupid penalties and some shaky play calling.

It sucks we can’t get out of our own way on offense as though we’re a Rhoda’s offense, but these calls are like early season college basketball.

The main negative so far is our defensive back 7 has struggled more than UNI’s defensive backfield imo. Seems as though UNI must have more yards after catch and open spaces, but part of that is their QB scrambling. He would have been a nice backup to have behind Purdy
