WTF is Prohm laughing about post game? Beard's one liner must have been great.
He must have thought about saying “I didn’t have them ready to play and that’s on me, we just have to live with it”

Which means they probably beat TCU by double digits Tuesday night
Or get blown out considering
I normally try not to be a Debbie downer but extremely lazy turnovers in the last 5 to 10 minutes of the game made it seem like some players quit, with no consequences to ride the pine. At that point I would rather see someone who wants to play, even if it was a walk on.
it was noticeably obvious...and Prohm let it continue. Then down 25, we had the ball and he did his famous hike up of his pants, lick his lips and do the breath stroke motion to spread out. Pisses me the **** off he’s our coach

Seriously, how pissed will you be if we win Tuesday?

I worry about your dog, with how mad you would be.

Nobody will be pissed, but it’s not going to get anyone too excited either.

We both know this isn’t true.

first, of course you will be. Probably not be on here if we won, like usual.

And there would be an entire team of young men and coaches that would be pretty damn excited to see some hard work pay off, if only for an evening.

It wasn't Okie State, but it was far from full.
I've really noticed this year in particular that there are some really sad basketball venues out there, and ours still doesn't even compare. OU, OSU, TCU, Texas (and Iowa...) all come right off the top of my head for stadiums I've seen near-empty even when the team is good and/or is playing a winnable game.

I’m on here when we win moron. It’s impressive how stupid and redundant you are. Come up with some new material. Also it doesn’t get people excited beating a bad team when we are headed for a 20+ loss season. Did Eustachy even have a season that bad?

Eustachy's 4th team won 12 games.

The drop off after the 00-01 season was pretty massive.

Same with Floyd after Willoughby and Co. 12 wins.

Which is understandable...but this kind of thing 2/3 seasons with complete unknowns for the next year is not good.

This is true. Larry went 12-19 the year after Tinsley.

floyd was either 12-18 or 13-18 fizers freshman year.

Steve is floundering pretty hard right now. Not sure how it gets fixed.

For anyone at the game, how full was Hilton?
We were in the 4th row, upper deck in the corner, section 205, I would say, 2/3rd full. The East upper deck behind the home side basket. after the first 5 rows had few people. Really wish ISU would sell those to the public instead of holding a large share for the students. Allow the students to use them for Iowa and Kansas and then sell the rest like they used too, sell them as a pick 5 games pack for $100.00.

As bad as it was, it was a hell of a lot better crowd than what was showing up for Iowa a few years ago. Whole sections were empty for some of their games.
