Committee clearly not valuing Quad 1 wins as everyone was certain they would. Also seems to be en emphasis on conference ranking which everyone said they didn’t do. UNC an 8, Miami a 9, Creighton a 9, Marquette a 9. St. Mary’s a 5, Colorado State a 6. San Francisco 10. Unreal.
Eh having two 1 seeds and having TCU ahead of us (which is fine and have no argument there) basically made it so the 8/9 was off the table due to bracketing rules.

People tend to forget how much tinkering needs to be done to maneuver teams around to avoid conference and rematches in the first two rounds. We were easy to drop from the 8/9 line and then I would have to look closer at the 10 seeds to see if any got a boost due to bracketing rules.

Point is if we didn’t have those Q1 wins we are the field so yes they do matter.

They showed the last four in. ISU wasn't one of them.

Yeah, I meant the last four byes. And who knows we might not have been. Like I’ve been saying we could have gotten bumped from a 10 to an 11.

LSU and Wisconsin both really interesting match ups. Both have some good wins. Wisconsin in particular a couple bad losses and some really close calls against average teams.
