But Iowa in the FF?
Yup. But it's more because of upsets. Iowa kills Richmond. SDSU upsets Providence and Iowa beats SDSU. I think San Diego State and Creighton could give Kansas fits and even if KU wins that game I have said all season I think Iowa wins a game against KU handily so not shying away from that now. Then Wisconsin/Auburn to go to FF? Sadly, Iowa.

I hope you're right, but that sounds risky. Just because I think they have got great matchups. I mean when will Wyoming have faced a player like Davis? Or Loyola play a player like Liddell.
Not to mention Richmond ever facing a K. Murray. I think they got great draws as usual.
Iowa will curbstomp Richmond. It's gonna be Iowa big. Like by 30+ and I'm not kidding.

I tend to agree, but Richmond is a very experienced team, almost JorBo levels of experience, and those are the types of groups that pull big upsets. Iowa will also be coming down from the high of winning the B1G for the first time in 16 years, and Fran is their coach. I wouldn't put anything past them, although I'm picking them to reach the Sweet 16 in my brackets.

Eh, maybe. I can't believe they got a 12. Look at their resume...it's crap. They aren't that great and if their seasoned seniors had to win a mid-major tourney as a low seed to make the tourney my hopes are none.

I’ve got Gonzaga, UCLA, Arizona and Auburn in my final 4. Gonzaga beating Auburn in NC.

I sure went out on a limb haha

Aside from Iowa State’s seed, I wasn’t overly surprised. The three surprises I saw was Tennessee getting a 3 seed (thought they were a 2), San Francisco getting a generous 10 seed, and Michigan getting an invite in the first place.

Never thought after last year this would be a possibility this year but here we are. Hopefully we are in but this season is already a smashing success.

The mutt's nutts. Pucker it is. This season has been a smashing lush, it has!

Only thing to make it the dog's danglies would be to nip LSU in the arse.

Oh. Does Howard get to coach? That should be interesting.

Which is crazy because the last couple weeks made it very clear the conference was very overrated
Agree that Big 10 is overrated, but how would the last two weeks, when teams are playing conference games, tell you a single thing about relative strength of the conferences. Non con games are the only way to gauge conference strength.

You give college level assistants a week to scout Iowa and I’m sure they figure it out. It was obvious in first 10 minutes of the ISU game - which I’m sure they’ll watch. Put a body on Murray and deny him the ball and he wilts.
