Iowans do like their unseasoned foods. Which you'll get in abundance at Hickory Park. It all tastes like boiled meat.

No. I don't even recognize campus town anymore. There were like 4 apartments out by South Dakota when I went there now that area is part of campus town. I lived in a house on Hunt St. pretty much the entire time I was in Ames.
Nah. I just learned to use seasoning beyond a pinch of salt and stale pre-ground pepper. Iowa born, raised and still live.
Some of us want to see ISU win in the trenches for the first time like it's been preached for 10 years. If you ask if we need more, yes. I want the 5 star oline that Alabama had 5 years ago.

It closes for new players on the 16th, except those that are still playing and lose coaches I believe. Then it opens 5 days after that and closes 2 weeks after it opens.

Far too real. Wife and her family are smallish town Iowa and everything is salt, pepper shaker and well done. I have to basically make separate meals when I'm grilling. Big Pizza Ranch and Hickory Park fans.
