For those interested in the senior highlights of Hudson Kurland...
That and by now there are probably close to 5000 players in the portal and I saw an article estimating close to $1.8B will be paid to players this go round.
These are unchartered waters, if anyone tells you what to expect, they are just guessing.
It's now about schools offering a good football development experience plus the money has to be right. Just another negotiation.
I watched his highlights a few weeks ago. Not a bad looking prospect.

CJR is doing great. Ten days ago we had 17 guys and no incoming class. Last I counted, were at 47. And climbing fast. I love that we’re beating P4 schools for these kids. It means we are more than competitive financially, facilities and playing time possibilities are attractive, and they like our coaching staff. Let CJR and Team cook and have faith.
I just got done watching the CW/Blum podcast from earlier today. CW seems so disinterested compared to Blum about portal season. I can’t imagine CW is still grieving Campbell leaving right?? It’s time to buckle down and really get into it now. Kids are committing and visiting. Time to be positive and try and spread positivity within the fanbase and CF. Let’s go CW, get with it!!!! 
Pretty sure what they were making at Iowa st to go to college for free and make money to play a sport they would be just fine, compared to other college students. And actually I wouldnt if I could play for my home state and make decent money before graduating.
I feel for CW. You can tell he had personally connected with Matt and several of others on staff. The way this all happened hit the fans like a ton of bricks, I can't imagine what it must've felt like for CW. Things like this happen a lot in his line of work, but it hadn't happened to him in 10 years, and probably never like this. To go from incredibly sourced in to starting from scratch again at this point in his career probably had him asking himself a lot of questions, and maybe still is. They picked up commitments from safeties from Wisconsin and Cincinnati so that may have something to do with Awls not committing.
Indy is loading up already. Got Hoover from TCU and Osunsanmi from KSU plus a RB named Turbo.
He needs to ******* nut up.
Just remember the next time he's complaining about how ISU fans react to events that he's not immune to it himself.
I am pretty sure most of the ex Iowa State players are not going to Pedo St. to be a depth piece.
Edit: I should have added that I was referring to players that transfer to Pedo St. from Iowa State and started for the Cyclones last season.

Cry me a ******* river. No sympathy here. He needs to do his job and support this coach. He reminds me of a kid whos parents got divorced and his mom got a new boyfriend. He could have went to PA with dad.

5 of the guys committed so far are likely depth pieces. I think 3 of them are young guys that didn’t played any snaps at ISU.
