Could have been the worst breakdown in preparation and coaching during his tenure that Colorado loss. And off the heals of that Cinci loss. Good times for sure.
Since it was EIU I'm OK with it.
But he'll be a much better coach at PSU with pretty much the same players and the same OC... I'm sure of it!
I said after the 4th loss…..this looks like a guy thst took the Penn State job. Team looked lifeless and the other candidates weren’t in Matt’s class (Rhule, you kidding me??). It seemed so obvious that he should be the guy.
Other than KU, we didn’t look good in those 3 wins either. I’m not sure I’m buying the timeline as to how this went down.
I feel kind of bad. These LBs going to Penn State are great humans and leaders and will do great things after college, and I think they’re going to be absolutely taken to school their final year.
