If it's anything like the JMU guys at Indiana I'd say pretty good. Its apples to oranges. We weren't that great this year.
Baloun is what he is for the most part. Very solid player. Has played for Rogers his entire college career.
Makes sense, but I also wonder if he didn't want other coaches to know how good Manske really was. He would have either had a better chance to keep him at ISU or be able to get him cheaper on the open market at PSU. Don't know for sure, but I'm not convinced that he was doing everything that was best for Iowa State down the stretch.
The JMU guys that went to Indiana had already proven in non-conference games they could play and were way better than the guys in their conference. That's not the same as taking role players from a 7-5 team and moving them against even better competition. I have no doubt the studs from N. Texas will be good Big 12 players. Campbell didn't even bring guys like Cooper.

What IF both ISU and Pedo State somehow made the playoffs and Pedo State gets to come to Ames for that playoff game. Man I would sell my house just so I can get a ticket to that game. Lol
While i dont entirely disagree, these WSU players took Ole Miss, who btw could still play for a natty, to the wire, in Oxford. Playing at a P4 level i dont think is much of a question mark. They did however lose some headscratchers because the offense was cheeks, so ill concede that one to you!
Those are top to bottom wins and losses. A lot of the guys Campbell took with him weren't even that good at ISU. Him leaving this year isn't even close to the same as if he would have left after Purdys junior year and taken Rose, Koler, Purdy, etc ..
With the current playoff format, there’s not really a path for a Big 12 school to host a playoff game. I like your thinking though.

Well the rumor his sophomore year was $200,000. So say he even got a $100,000 bump to $300,000 that means he was making 30,000 if 10% is true. If that’s true then we honestly had Sama really cheap for what he was doing on the field overall.

I misunderstood the post. I thought he meant Wisconsin was giving him 10% of what he got here. What the poster was suggesting was that Sama was only getting about 10% of the rumored amount while he was at ISU.
There have been people on here implying he was getting 7 figures and was the highest paid player on the team.

There’s no way. Unless he has the best agent of all time. I’d assume Rocco was the highest and his rumor was 1.5m

Agree that makes a hell of a lot more sense. Everyone seems to know what people are getting paid and none of it is corroborated.
