He also has the advantage of having a Dad who was a former NFL player also. He has the pedigree. Nobody knew about Brock other than ISU fans, and SF took a flyer on him in the draft. Rocco could have an average year and still end up on an NFL roster. If he has a good year hell be a UFDA. If he stays, and has a great year, all we will hear is how he broke all of Purdys records, and then youll start seeing him on draft boards in that 5th round potentially, IMO.I think Rocco will have a better starting point than Purdy did going into the NFL. He has a more lively arm & I feel will test better going through the camps for the draft, etc. His accuracy improved this season from last, but the numbers don't show it due to drops from WRs & also playing through injury.
Think he'll have the range between a Chase Daniel-type career & Drew Brees. Said the same thing about BP. Lot has to do with what organization he goes to, which BP lucked out immensely on. Hoping Rocco stays, ISU has a great season, and he ascends to the top of all QB records while getting drafted, sealing his legacy.
If he transfers, hell need to go somewhere that either can pay him 5th round NFL money, or he'll need to make sure he goes somewhere he can start.
I honestly dont know if PSU can provide that
