Knicks have a lot of PFs, but they have a lot they can just trade. Usually better to draft on talent rather than positional need. They can trade for their pg.
Knicks just declined Portis' contract this year and waived Taj Gibson. Making room for their Toppin pick and opening up salary for free agency. Leon Rose is doing great so far, honestly.

Hmm. Interesting. I'd hate to see Monte leave Denver where I think he'd continue to grow this year. Campazzo is a baller though. I think they'll have Hampton play G League ball this year - he's very raw and didn't handle the Australian league very well.
Y’know, if Harris, Bol and Porter all pan out for them, that’s some very nice pieces to add—not even including Nnaji.

Just my personal list here. Most of these have NBA-ready arenas already.

Kansas City
Las Vegas
Louisville
México City
Montreal
Pittsburgh
Seattle
St. Louis
Vancouver
Virginia Beach
Pretty sure the NBA would require Kansas City to replace the Sprint Center.

LV makes sense. Home of the NBA Olympic HQ.

Kansas City (what used to be the Sprint Center) --

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/T-Mobile_Center

Las Vegas --

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/T-Mobile_Arena

Louisville --

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/KFC_Yum!_Center

México City would probably need a new arena.

Montreal --

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bell_Centre

Pittsburgh --

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/PPG_Paints_Arena

Seattle (the renovated Key Arena could work until they receive a new one) --

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Climate_Pledge_Arena

St. Louis --

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Enterprise_Center

Vancouver (renovated since the Grizzlies played there) --

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rogers_Arena

Virginia Beach would need a new one. They threatened to build one several times, though, when they were in the running for the relocation of the Sacramento Kings a few years ago.

I'm against public financing of stadia as much as anybody, but most of these already exist.

NBA basically shunned KC already when the Raps were brought up as potentially playing there this year, citing social justice issues.

I feel sorry for Klay but I don't feel sorry for the Warriors. This is what they get for signing KD to their 73 win team then tanking last year, hiding Steph behind a broken hand on a doodoo team.

They had the cap space and the situation to attract a great player. What's so wrong with that?

They won the West five years in a row (an accomplishment on its own) and got three championships out of it.

I bet basically any franchise in the NBA would take that.

And *everybody* tanks if it is in their best interest to do so.

I don't think there are many teams people would ever feel sorry for...I think that's kinda what makes a story like Lebron's with the Cavs (not that it's the case anymore) unique...everyone feels sorry for the Cavs except during the years they had a chance with Lebron and maybe a handful of years decades ago. Even then, you can only feel so sorry for a billion dollar franchise. I think @Sigmapolis is right - all these teams are going to take any advantage they can get.
