Interesting that these blown leads happen even with Royce. He's a good player but we've seen these results more than once.
Whatever the staff is doing to get through to these guys is not working. Have we tried hypnosis?

Agree. I wasn't saying that Royce was the reason we've won, just that the offense looks even worse (if that's possible) without him.
Correct. Our team needs to learn to step on the other teams throat rather than play lazy and just expect the other team to give up when we're up big.
Improved play in the future? Clearly sneaking out wins over these teams is not motivating them to play better. Sadly, I doubt a loss would either, and we will need any win we can get.

I would say that it won't matter whether a fan roots for the team to lose or not pretty soon. Efforts like this one will result in a whole lot of losses.
My thoughts:
Why didn't Railey play in the second half. That big guy from MSVS was having his way inside. At least why wasn't he in when they were shooting free throws? At the end, if they didn't get the rebound it at least got tipped around a lot.
Allen just looks like he is sleepwalking. Just no fire, ne never even smiles. I'd bench his arse and see if he responds.
Why can't we get good shots for SC? It seems like at least 3 guys are always just standing around while we try to run the 2 man game they run in the NBA. Unfortunately, we don't have Chris Paul and Blake Griffin running it.
Again, no screens, no moving without the ball. We did seem to try to push it up a little more which was nice. We still have so much trouble finishing at the rim. I really thought that with Ejim, Allen and Babb we would have guys that were strong enough to finish. Just doesn't ever seem to happen.
All that said, I think we beat Texas Wednesday. The crowd really needs to step up, I know the students are gone, but Hilton didn't look or sound good at all.
Just got back from the game and the correct statement is this team looks good when 3's are falling and when we don't make 3's we struggle.
O/U on conf wins 4 or 5?
