Watched 6Underground with Ryan Reynolds on Netflix. It was surprisingly good with some solid action scenes. Didn't know until the end it was a Michael Bay movie. 100% wouldn't have watched it if I knew that in advance, but glad I didn't.

Heck sometimes 1600 people were vaporized in an hour in opening bombardments. There were 1 million casualties on all sides in the first 8 DAYS of the war.
Haven’t seen this discussed so sorry if it has but I just watched it last night and highly recommend. Other than a handful of brief lulls, this movie just keeps coming at you and hits you with a sense of urgency and dread throughout. If you’re not sold on Pattinson and his performance in this doesn’t change your mind, you’re probably just never going to like anything he does. He kills it scene after scene and got me even more excited to see him in The Lighthouse.
Nothing to add here except 15:17 to Paris was arguably the worst movie I've ever seen. Only time I've debated leaving the theater
Saw "Knives Out" this weekend. Great movie, Daniel Craig is amazing. Highly recommend.
Most movies these days are too long. Two hours and over is the norm. While 'Old Man and the Gun' was just an ok movie in my opinion, it was refreshing that it was an hour and a half. 'Once Upon a Time in Hollywood' could've lost 45 minutes and probably ended up being better. Directors don't want to make tough choices.
Went with a group of 5, 3 of us really liked it, including myself. Other two did not like it at all but I think they didn’t know anything about it beforehand and thought it was going to be a typical Sandler movie and were thrown off. There were a few gambling mistakes that directors should’ve caught, but nothing egregious enough to make me not like it
Once Upon a Time in Hollywood just won the Golden Globe for best Movie in the Comedy or Musical category.

Yeah, saw Knives out with my wife New Years Eve and we both loved it. Talk about a new fun inventive take on a mystery movie. I've said for a while now that for all the crap I give Rian Johnson for what he did with The Last Jedi, I've never said he isn't a great director who I love to watch his movies. I just prefer they not be in the Star Wars realm. Just keep doing your own original movie thing which is where you thrive.
I also watched TOGO last night, which is a Disney+ original movie and really loved it. I'd totally recommend it to anyone. Its based on the true story of a sled dog in Alaska back in 1925. I know it is Disney+'s first original movie where they are getting good reviews across the board. However, if it means anything, I also fairly enjoyed Disney+'s live-action Lady and the Tramp as well, which didn't get so kind of reviews. Therefore, I've really enjoyed everything that service has put out so far.
Watched the Togo trailer with my 6 and almost 4 year old girls and we're planning on watching it. Looks like there might be some intense scenes but I'm thinking if they could handle Shazam (skipped the board room scene where the dude gets thrown out the window obviously) they can handle Togo.
Like any pet movies, there is obviously some sad moments more so than anything. There are also some intense scenes, but no violence or scary parts really at all. I honestly think your kids will love it.
Ford v. Ferrari was easily the best film of 2019.

Gimme more movies like that one. Damon and Bale were incredible. I know Bale has quite the career going and already won Best Supporting Actor for The Fighter, but his portrayal of Ken Miles is going to stick with me forever. He should win another.
Easily the best film I have seen since Get Out.

Robert Pattinson is slowly becoming one of my favorite male leads. He has done so many different, unique, and frankly-difficult roles in his time since the teen heart-throb days in Harry Potter and Twilight. There are certainly movies I've seen of his recently that I haven't loved, but his performances almost always seem to live up to my expectations. Still upset I haven't seen The Lighthouse, and can't wait for TeneT
