*** Official ISU vs. Texas Gameday Thread ***

There is absolutely NO EXCUSE for our offense--no matter how pitiful--to not have at least 500 yards of total offense at the end of this game. And we probably won't have 400.
 
ISU just doens't make plays. Defense or offense anymore. Lot of times we got guys in position to do so and one thing breaks down...bad block, bad throw, dropped pass, blown coverage...just cant put it togehter.

Wally is getting totally dominated by this Texas OC today, Clones have no idea what is coming. Love Wally but not the right gameplan today.

Mess just refuses to run 3 times in a row. Just refuses to do it.

The defense really needed the offense to score that last drive. You can't expect the defense to continually manufacture momentum out of nothing.
 
This is the first time like I just felt like defensively we really were not ready to play. Lot of it is Texas just calling great plays and throwing all sorts of stuff at us. But still, not a good day defensively.

Offense being bad pretty much expected. Look at the Texas playcalling vs ours. Imagine trying to prepare for our offense vs Texas.
