I don't know how many times I've said this, but we played an awful half and are still in the game. Sad part is we've actually gotten a lot of good looks and mid-range shots off... just haven't hit them. If we shoot much better in the second half, we'll have a chance.

We shoot poorly on short rest. Not sure I would count on hitting more shots in the 2nd half.

If we even get to half of what they normally do we are in the lead. Guess we have to credit the zone of BU for that trouble.

Agreed. Doing what we need to do except for the shots actually hitting.

The stats are very even, except for shooting %. Just make some shots with some consistency and they are right back in this game.

Not sure how you can say this, we shot lights out against Rice on zero days off. There isn't enough sample size to say one way or another if the short rest is hurting us.

I believe the defense needs to step up. Yeah Baylor hasn't made much, but they are getting open shots as well. No one is hitting their open shots for either team.

Agree. Royce needs to get a little mean streak and think dunk you very much when he gets the ball in the paint; hang onto the ball though.

Kinda thought Royce would struggle with Baylor's length. I'd like to see him develop a killer pump fake to offset that advantage.

We played like garbage in the first half, and only trail by 7. Not going to say we have them where we want them, but I'm not going to say we're going to lose this game either.
