There is no longer a foul if any player grabs an opponent̢۪s face mask without pulling, twisting, or turning it.

Benton did not pull twist or turn the face mask. It is no longer a foul if you grab the face mask without doing any of those things. So in other words, you can grab the face mask and let it go without doing any of the above mentioned things and it is NOT a penalty.

Just to recap...any face mask is not a 15 yarder now. If you don't twist, pull or turn it you CAN grab it and let go without being penalized.

Can you read? I didn't refer to Benton's play at all. Hell, I didn't even see it happen. I simply said that any facemask that is called is now 15 yards, and that the 5 yard penalty no longer exists.

He did miss an open Franklin on 4th and 8 on a 5 yard out and he missed partially covered up Reynolds down the field 25ish yards.

What I don't understand is the gap between Iowa, Utah and OU and us. Other teams (even FCS teams) seem to do better than us. Sure, we knew that we had little chance of winning these games. I am just upset at how bad we look losing to them. Maybe we should just start the second string against any top 25 team so I don't have to feel like offing myself watching the game.

I read a lot of complaining on here during games. I don't understand why people get so disgruntled when we are tanking against top teams. We all know we don't have the talent and horses to keep up with these top teams. These are the players we have at these positions. Live with it for now. I want to win just like the rest of you people, but sometime you have to come back down to reality.

I wish.. cause if it were Capello, it would at least give me a reason to watch the game. The game is clearly over.. it's not like we'd make a run to come back anyways. Let Capello, Shontrelle, and Woody get some touches. I know Woody and Shontrelle get somes touches anyways, but give them more just to let A-Rob rest.

Kind of pathetic seeing all the ISU fans gloating over Nebraska's close loss to Texas, right before we get totally blown away by Oklahoma. At least Nebby was able to keep their game close, unlike us.
