I had a dream last night; ISU won 33-31. Not sure how you get to that score, but I'll roll with it.

Both teams have at least 1 defensive touchdown. If last week was Irving's birth announcement, then this week is his coming out party. He gets at least 8 tackles with 4 for a loss.

I don't think this game will be close, 21 points will be the difference - just don't know which team will be victrious. These are two bad teams and the one that jumps out early will route the other.

reading on the tulsa board.....They say that ISU can win big if we come out w/ an all out arial attack. We wont, we still win by 17.
We didn't against Iowa and that was their biggest weakness so I guess I have no reason to believe Messingham will change it up this game. I say we will by 3 but it will look ugly.

ISU comes out flat early because they had to go to Tulsa. 10-3 at half Tulsa up. ISU come alive in second half because they realize they get to go home. TULSA STILL BAD BECAUSE THEY LIVE IN F-ing TULSA. ISU wins 31-10 on two TDs by wimberly and Ecby.

Have you ever been to Tulsa? I am an Iowan, but now live in Texas just like you. Been to Tulsa many times every year for business and pleasure. Tulsa is a better place to live than anywhere in Iowa and I don't say that because I dislike Iowa. Tulsa is a beautiful city with many friendly people and much more culture than anywhere in Iowa. Would live there any day before anywhere in Iowa or the suburban Hell of Little Elm and its cookie cutter neighborhoods. Just sayin'.

i do however agree with your prediction of a Cyclone win.

I grew up Iowa and I have lived in Des Moines and liked it. Tulsa University might not be that great of a school compared to ISU, but Tulsa itself has more to offer than DesMoines as a city. What is your basis for saying Des Moines is better? Curious if you have ever even been to Tulsa?

I'm thinking a game kinda like the UNI game. Tulsa wins 28-20.

We will go into the game knowing that Tulsa will want to run it on us, and we probably will struggle to stop it. And offensively, it doesn't seem to matter what we do, our ceiling is about 20 pts or so.

I agree our undersized front seven on defense will not get the job done....

Never thought I'd see the day of someone singing the praises of the great culture to be found in Tulsa, OK.
