Cody Green. Enough said. I expect ISU to prevail. Give Bundrage 2 more TDs. 28-17.

I'll get on board with this prediction. We have looked bad, but so have many of our future opponents. For some reason the optimist in me just won't go away.. yet.

Weisman is a workhorse. He isn't going to break for 30, 40, or 50, he's gonna get 3 yards on every carry. That's what he's best at. The fact that everyone knew on every 3rd or 4th and short that he was gonna get the ball, and he got it every time, just shows why this quote is so wrong.

You completely ignored the part of my post that already counters your argument but I guess I'll say it again. The reason they consistently are able to get at least 3 ypc is because of their offensive line. None of their running backs are touched until they get that far. I don't know if you've noticed but they have linemen go to the NFL every year and their season went to pot last year when 2 of their best lineman got hurt.

So actually if you read my post originally, the fact that everyone knew on every 3rd or 4th and short that he was gonna get the ball, and he got it every time, just shows why my post is correct.

ISU makes history and somehow scores one point. Tulsa 16, ISU 1.

OK in all (somewhat) seriousness, I fully expect ISU to win this. I don't know how they get it done, but I'm going with 24-13. If they can't win at Tulsa, well...

ISU - 38
Tulsa - 13

Tulsa just isn't very good this year. We aren't either, but we are less not very good.

History says the Las Vegas spread is right but I can’t bet against ISU. I predict that we hold their running game to 150 yards while our offense improves. Tulsa turns the ball over twice. Cyclones 24, Tulsa 21.

ISU 34 Tulsa 17.

Not sure where I get my optimism, but I really believe these guys are better than they have played. Two tough in-state match ups are a wake up call and they start playing with more urgency.

In all honesty, I expect that this trip away from Jack Trice is exactly what the team needs right now. I'm going on record as picking ISU to win by 5-10 points. However, the offense still isn't jelling and Messingham may very well have coached his last game. We see the defense continue to improve and Irving truly finds his place. Little Knott gets 10+ tackles and an INT. I think we'll see Grant taking snaps and Bundrage will continue showing us why he's a Big 12 WR.

I hadn't thought of that but that's a good point. Teams under Rhoads seem to find themselves and develop an identity when they're on the road.

We are down at half 14 - 3, with 34 yards of total offense. Start to pass down the field in Q4, and win 24 - 10
