I know a bunch of you are giddy that Lanning is running the zone read.....but this stupid Madden offense is a meat grinder for our qb's. I will say it again, we are not playing ourselves.....these well coached defenses will punish our guys till they are ineffective. If you care about Lanning.....pray for a new staff and new offense.

Aaron Rodgers could've been out there on that play and Oakman would've murdered him because he was completely unblocked.

Maybe not but only because Aaron is super human at times slipping those rushes.

Great effort by Philbert there.....ball is snapped and he's still looking down the line at the center for a good second while Oakman blows by him......

I think Lalk snapped it early because no one on offense moved at first.

Did you guys even watch the play. Oakland was past Philbert before Philbert even moved.

It's more of the fact that every time Sam is on the field, bad things happen.

I'd say the same type of offense worked just dandy for Collin Klein and the 87 other QBs Snyder has done it with.

Well, from what I have heard....just like Aaron Rogers Sam is better out of the pocket moving. Like Rogers he should have seen Oakman moved outside the pocket to his strength, thrown a rope to someone for a TD.
