Baylor is not a historically good team? Their total yards per game average is more than 100 yards beyond the all-time NCAA record. There has NEVER been an offense as potent in the history of college football. If that is not historically good, I don't know what is.

I don't think you understand the definition of historical. That is to say, they only recently have been this good. They havent been this good forever like say... Ohio State.
