If I was picking a winner for betting purposes, I'd go with Uruguay for sure.

But as far as who I want to win, I'll go with Costa Rica. They're the underdog in the group & I'm a fan of CONCACAF showing well.

Costa Rican defender gets good points on tackling form albeit for the wrong kind of football, go low, wrap up, really solid.

I am all for a team playing with wing backs but you have to do it right. Never been a fan of 5-4-1 with wing backs usually turns into too much of a defensive formation. I like a 5-3-2. This formation that Costa Rica is running is strange though. At times the outside guys are getting forward and at times one of the central defenders will go forward. Really strange and they seem out of sink.

I think taking off one of the defenders and playing with a back 4 would help Costa Rica a lot. They need to push Campbell higher up the pitch and bring on an another creative player with Campbell and Ruiz. I think with more support and continuity going forward they might get something from this game.

Cavani and Diego Forlan are good attackers but Uruguay miss Suarez
