I try not to amplify my cotton mouth.
That’s why I usually have a lot of popsicles on hand. Except right now. I really want a popsicle.

If the Cheez it Bowl were in the new sun devil stadium I would be hyped for it
Yep, sure would be.Playing Arizona State at home for a bowl game would be par for the course for us.

I'm checking out RV parks in San Antonio. It's pretty tight as a lot of snowbirds will be in the RV parks for the winter.just made hotel room reservations for San Antonio & Orlando.
Just the NY6 tie in..would be nice to get a regular NYD bowl added to the lineupBig 12 doesn’t have a single New Year’s Day bowl?

Well to their credit they have gone to a few rose bowl games. That joke is tiresome and I agree the bowl tie-in suck. Been saying this for a few years now.No. On the other than, B1G has 3 (Outback, Citrus and Rose) - that's why EIU can boast that they play in new year's bowl - just because they have tons of new year's day bowl. Also they have 2 Dec 31st bowl (Holiday and Redbox). IMHo Big XII bowl tie ins are really horrible. I believe Holiday used to be tied with Big XII before moving to B1G.
One of the scenarios on ESPN has us going to the Camping World Bowl and Iowa going to the Citrus Bowl, both being in Orlando in the Camping World Stadium after Christmas, Dec. 28 and Jan. 1, respectively, baring some kind of dream scenario for either or both teams getting to a New years 6 bowl, I can't see a better scenario for both the selection committee and fans in Iowa. The state of Iowa would take over the city of Orlando, and you could have an opportunity of an after Xmas vacation with major bowl games featuring Iowa teams bracketing each end to see. The way Iowa and Iowa State fans travel I would think this would be a dream come true for those making that selection.
Because for the last couple decades the actual day the bowl is held on means absolutely nothing. Well unless you are a Squawk fan.Big 12 doesn’t have a single New Year’s Day bowl?
So a rare good location for an ISU bowl game that we get to spend with Hawk fans around?
