the SEC and B1G picking off the carcass of the ACC (I'd guess GT and either Virginia or UNC to the B1G & Clemson/Florida State to the SEC)
One piece of speculation that I actually believe is the SEC "agreement" between schools to avoid adding another institution in a state that is already represented.
I think that Virginia Tech and either UNC or NC State are the top targets for the SEC currently in the ACC. I think that Oklahoma is the school the SEC would want the most, but that's not happening.
Gun to my head, I think the B1G grabs UVa first, UNC sees the writing on the wall and bolts as well, and the SEC eventually follows up with VaTech and NC State.
The Big 12 would have a limited window to snap up some pretty desirable programs (FSU, Clemson, Miami, GaTech, Pittsburgh, Louisville just to name some options) before they banded together again and maybe grabbed two schools out of the AAC to remain relevant.
But again, all speculation of course
