We have decided to stay home. Which as a weather lover I am a bit sad to not get to experience the worst of the storm.
smart move staying home. Could get stuck at her friends house for an extra day or two or end up in an accident/stranded. Just not worth making the trip.
Might get snowed in I guess with the probabilities for 12" going way into likely. Looking pretty good on food stocks if I take my time to dig out but might want to grab some chocolate. Chocolate stock is down to zero. Not a bad thing from a weigh control perspective but big storms and shoveling call for comfort food and treats!

According to the radar there is this big bubble of snowfall falling across a huge area of NE Iowa. The problem is that its not actually snowing at all.
It is snowing above ground but sublimating before reaching the surface.
I read earlier this week that there was going to be a huge change in pressure tomorrow. A lot of time that happens with big storms and I can get really bad headaches when that happens. I'm curious if that is still on track and if I should be popping the Sudafed today in preparation.
My tournament in Minneapolis will be over Sunday around noon. I already expect to be staying until Monday.
Next week is looking real nice for the NCAA tourny. Might have set the TV up on the back porch.
Likely. That stretch from the Iowa border north for 50 miles or so is the Bermuda Triangle of winter storm travel in MN.
