Almost makes me want to go with UL, seems like at this point it's an outlier pick.
BA is great but Benetti isnt really a downgrade. One of my favorite announcers in any sport.
I don't understand why someone would even do that. There's no better way to raise your stock than tourney games.
This is the 8th consecutive tournament that a SWAC team is in the First Four. SWAC is 5-2 in the First Four during that streak.

This is Prairie View's 3rd tournament and 1st tournament win.
Lehigh is now 1-6 in the tournament. Their only tournament win was vs Duke in 2012.

First I've heard Jamal Mashburn on these studio shows. Very impressed with his takes and thoughts. More of him and less of Bruce Pearl.
If SMU loses, the ACC will be only the second conference to have two First Four losses in the same tournament. Arizona State and UCLA both lost in the First Four in 2018 when they were in the Pac 12.
The Big 12 is the only major conference to never lose a First Four game.
