Hey friends... heads up for Friday. On the surface it doesn't seem like it could be too bad of a day, but my days in Minnesota tell me this is one to watch.

Take a fresh deep snow pack of fluff and add 35-45 mph wind gusts... you have nastiness.

Temps will be warming through the day which could help make the snow squat a bit late so impacts may be limited to just the morning/early afternoon.

She would like something more neutered. More cultured......and expensive

If I'm anything I'm a fella who enjoys cheap vehicles and free labor from the neighbors

What’s the worse that can happen? The neighbor wants a couple favors in return from your wife? Doesn’t require anything from you, win win.

@VeloClone how is it to sleep on the training tables? I would just stay awake.

I have slept nearly everywhere in Hilton; training table, in the bowl on the floor between rows of seats, in the old office just off the floor on the west end - I even took a cat nap in the ceiling during a break on a long rigging call.

As you well know there could be some really long days on show day. Get there at 0700 and not get out until 0300 if the BB court had to go back in.

Still some slick spots out there this AM - and looks like plenty of accidents to go along with it. Was doing really good all things said until I got off the interstate onto Mills Civic and I just have to wonder why/how West Des Moines sucks so bad at snow removal?

Everytime i hear any weather news, whether it be tornadoes and severe weather, or snow amounts, I always learn of a new town in Iowa I've never heard of before.

Tonight I learned there's a Lowden I guess.

Still some slick spots out there this AM - and looks like plenty of accidents to go along with it. Was doing really good all things said until I got off the interstate onto Mills Civic and I just have to wonder why/how West Des Moines sucks so bad at snow removal?

WDM snow removal - let Mother Nature take care of it is their mentality. We lose at least three to four feet on our street because they get nowhere close to the curb.

I looked at The Weather Channel app extended forecast and after this, I'm seeing mid to upper 40's for the end of the month!

Yep, first fire and just 87 octane ethanol. Didn't drain it after last season though.

This is by far their worse performance in years. Normally they are really good. This was a bad effort from them.

Don’t use ethanol on the small engines.

Some stabil may help.

I use the marine stuff on my boat over the winter and it always fires up when I flush in the spring.
