Offense isn’t very offensive again. Marlins came into the series with the third worst ERA in MLB and Cubs have scored runs in three innings through two games
This offensive funk is going to pass a week here and with loses in 6 of the last 9. Still can't sweep a series.
Good for Turner - he deserved something like that after his start.
Cubs are averaging 4 runs an inning the inning after I ***** about them. I can do it earlier tomorrow!
Nico yelling rounding 3rd is freakin awesome
Hope the Cubs are mentally focused on getting a sweep tonight. No settling for a dramatic series win last night.
So with a lefty starting tonight for the Marlins will be curious to see lineup. Is Ballesteros a given to sit? Would the Cubs consider starting Turner at 3rd and Busch at 1B?
If I had to guess
DH - Kelly
C - Amaya
1B - Turner
3B - Berti
And if Hoerners hung over from his birthday celebration- maybe Busch plays 1B, Berti 2B & Turner 3B
