You spend $ or prospects on a true ace and hope Steele and Horton stay healthy. Trade Boyd or Taillon and 1 of them and Shota make a nice backend of the rotation

If it makes anyone feel any better, we’ll have $54 million tied up in Shota, Boyd, and Taillon next season while our top 2 starters in Horton and Steele will be making a combined $7.5 M.

I’d probably focus more on getting DUDES instead of backend guys, but that’s just me.
