Wife’s van would not start after she had stopped to see a client. Started just fine before she left home. Would only turn over for a quick second then quit. Electric windows worked fine. She said no warning lights came on for low voltage. Figured it had to be the battery. Had wrenches with to change it out. Didn’t think I needed both standard and metric sent the wife back home to get the standard ones. I sat out for 20 minute waiting for her. My car said 101.

The only saving grace was with the hood up and the van facing east. It blocked the sun. She got back and in less than 5 minutes van fired right up. Was still a puddle.

Probably poor connection. Check the end to see if tight and it they have crud. Then check the ground spot. If those are all good, the battery could be showing signs of the last legs.

Checked the stats, our AC ran 21 hours yesterday. Haven’t seen more than 17 in the last 9 years.
Im going to guess mine is close to the same. Seemed like it ran constantly. I want to cry thinking about my electric bill this month.

Ours is holding on, but I think it's due to the brand new siding and windows we had installed earlier this year.
Same. I have 2 systems, one for the main and basement and one for the upstairs. The main floor will maintain 78 degrees without running when the sun is low/down. Warm definitely, but when everyone goes upstairs, I can turn that system off and set it to restart some time in the morning.
