Wow, haven't seen or even heard of that happening in a long time. Use to see this happen every summer. I assume better road building has prevented much of it from happening as much.
Our home office there has flooded there like three times in the last 10 years. Go figure with as much rain as they got, it is fine this time around. This would be south of Creve Cour.This STL flooding is giving me flashbacks to the DSM flash flood in 2018.

I saw two forecasts calling for 105+ temps next Wednesday. But weather.gov says it will only be a cool 102.
Yesterday was perfect. Not humid and for some reason no flies on the front porch, maybe the light breeze. Even needed a sweatshirt when we were out looking at stars. Feels like the best day we are going to get all summerBeautiful weather yesterday and this morning. Yesterday afternoon was probably the nicest it has been when I've been out golfing this year.
