My dog wants to get back in the house ASAP in this ****. I have to practically drag him out the door to go to the bathroom.
Same. Let my dog out last night before bed at around 11pm. She's at the door whining at 12:30am because she didnt go the first time because she was too cold.

Mine has been out three times since 6:30 and grabbed one of my hiking boots and laid it by the door. Wish he was a wimp. Has chased a squirrel away from bird feeder, got a Milk Bone from FedEx guy, and pooped. He’s having a more productive morning than I am.

I used to hate possums more than raccoons until I was 'educated' on their value and friendliness to our human ecosystem!
Among the many benefits is eating ticks. Have a friend whose daughter is still battling Lyme.

Found out from county conservation officer that sickos actually catch them since they move slowly and torture them. WTH

Ah, man, reminded me of a few decades ago when I had two basenjis. Also known as the Congo Dog, these guys ******* HATED the cold. I actually came up with an alternative temperature measurement system for them, the Basenji Dogenheit scale.

I can't like that post, due to 2nd paragraph.... but agree 100 on the ticks and Lyme... I know two people that have long term effects from Lyme disease. Both cases their doctor's basically refused to test for Lyme, so it they went a long time without treatment.
