It's likely if IB had returned his numbers would of dropped due to the increase of talent being added.

He should find a top 20 school that needs a PG, but has plenty of scoring already on the roster. IMO he is a 4th/5th option on offense.

to start with Arkansas and UNC very publicly don't have any scholarships available.
Is there anything preventing a team from essentially funding a walk-on's scholarship with NIL? Aren't teams allowed 2 or 3?
Playing time for potentially 15-16 players is another conversation obviously.
