He also made the single worst reclassifying decision that I can remember. The kid was just flat not ready emotionally to be in a college environment regardless of where his game was. There's also rumors that he and his family didn't understand that he still wouldn't be draft eligible after last season.
Seems like it, as that's a place where he can undisputedly be the guy
6’7” 185# volume scorer from the Northeastern Conference, sit 1, play 1 unless he gets a waiver. Last year averaged 17.1 points on 14.3 shots and 6.2 FT per game. Sub-30% from 3 on 4.7 shots per game, 48.5efg.
Based on numbers, seems like a pass.

He’s had trouble getting a visa I’m pretty sure since he’s from Barbados
The ONLY issue is getting his visa transferred from VCU to ISU. There are no NCAA issues. It is just a gov't thing and I would think there is not really an issue, just a slow, long time process. I would hope ISU could request a quicker turnaround but not sure how much that would help.
