Probably some dumbass semi driver going 60 mph in this. Blows my mind how fast some of them go in bad weather.
The bumper to bumper semis on I-80 don't slow down till they get to their destination or crash.

Son said it was really good and it tasted like bacon!! Wife said it was really good too. I probably should have cured it for 14 days instead of 10 days.Nice hint of maple flavor in it too!

I’m sure almost every one of this semis had companies that were pushing those truck drivers to meet deadlines. I don’t understand why ANYONE has to be made to drive through such ****** conditions. Just awful to see.
Second the one below it because I see weatherbug still saying like a 40% change. Might not be for Des Moines area that you are talking about, though.
With the temps I am very happy I went out after working last night and cleared everything off fairly well.

we live on the edge of town next to an open field. any time we have a strong wind out of the NW our little street drifts over like that. city had it mostly all cleared when I was up at 5 to let the dogs out. was really wanting to test the blower out on it this morning.
