No one starts filling out their bracket until these games are done. So, no.
When you fill out your brackets has nothing to do with whether it is an official tournament game. There are 68 teams in the tournament. Not 64. The First Four are official tournament games. It doesn't matter whether you think they are or not.
That's a good question. Maybe there's a coaches box for when the balls on your side of the court and one for when the action is on the other end?

I think they chanfed the classification after Iowa kept losing the play-in game to avoid Fran's wrath.
Maybe. I always thought the bigger line was the inbounding spot for womens when they advance the ball in the 4th quarter after a timeout, but that obviously doesn't apply here.
Seems like when Iowa played in a play in game most agreed it didn't count. Also I don't see the WSU coach lasting long.
