If we don’t get Fletcher keep an eye on Adonis Arms from Winthrop. Coach Blount has reached out since Enaruna committed. They told Adonis the one guy they’re waiting on should have a decision by Friday.
What do guys think of Arms, and Baker? Both more like 3 wings, good shooters, but also both able to handle the ball, dribble/drive.

Having a guy like Enurena now, along with the other bigs, gives us the flexiblility to go after a 6-5, 6-6 wing, who could also play the 2 in a pinch. Still thinking we need a little insurance at the guard spot. I mean what if Hunter got injured, we'd really be hurting.

And shooters, we need shooters. Both Arms and Baker seem to be very good there. Are we/they interested?
Someone in this thread made it seem like we were very well connected with Arms.
Yes, I read that. Will have to go back and look at that again. Something about this Friday too wasn't it? AhDuh, today is Friday.
Mr. Bardman post, top of quotes here. Very Interesting, Sargeant Schutltz might say. (Edit: Ehr was that Col Clink? LOL)

Huge news baylor nation. Baylor men’s basketball just picked up a really strong point guard from Arizona! He is 6 ft 1 inch tall and 185 pounds (Jr/Sr). He averaged 15.6 PPG, 53 for 130 on 3 pointers (40.8%), 104 for 127 on free throws (81.9%), 2.3 rebounds per game, 5.4 assists per game, commits 2.3 turnovers per game, 1.4 steals per game, and 2 fouls per game.

Absolutely... If James can play this year is in doubt though. Since he transferred from GT Akinjo currently doesn't qualify for the One Time transfer rule. There is already some discussion he may be able to get the credits for a grad transfer rule but not there yet.
Either way good get for BU. Kid's a baller, really wanted him when Prohm recruited him out of HS.

Oh yeah didn’t think about how it might impact guys who have already transferred. Although he also might be able to get a waiver because of a coaching change

Aaron Estrada’s most recent follows on twitter are Kyle Green & JR Blount. 6’4 G from Jersey averaged 3.1 ppg at Oregon this year and the year before was the MAAC freshman of the year at Saint Peter’s averaging 8.1 ppg.

I don’t hate this potential add. Barely played at UO but was stuck behind a litany of talented guards and wings in Eugene. Similar situation to Enaruna in KU, IMO.

Sure appears to be at least some social media activity on those fronts. Fletcher was #1 until he committed to FSU

Does look like the staff is entertaining the idea of adding a taller guard (2/3) or a shooting wing (3/2) with good handle, to maybe help in the guard court if needed.

For all that I know, which isn't much, I'd be very happy if a guy like Arms or Baker fell into our laps. Both these guys appear to know how to dribble drive, dish, and shoot. Staff looks like they are checking all the available options though.

Seems like a nice player, but why do I get the feeling he wouldn't give us the time of day after knowing the Bolton situation, regardless of how you look at it.

Couldn't that be said about any transfer wanting info on that issue? I don't know how much weight both playing at Penn State carries unless they are buddies. Outside of that, unless Bolton can somehow convince him TJ has it in for Penn State players, I don't see it a problem. Especially since Brockington started at St. Bonny.

Didn't know he started at St. Bonny. He maybe didn't even play the first year with Bolton before he left. But you're right, anyone could infer on it.

His last season at St. Bonny was 17-18. He sat out 18-19 transferring. So they could know each other since Bolton's last season at PSU was 18-19. How well they knew each other and how strong the Penn State link is would be the question since one transferred in to PSU.....and both are transferring out. If they are buddies your concerns may be valid.
