NBCSports named their top 15 impact Transfer quite a few with ISU adjacent ties.

https://collegebasketball.nbcsports.com/2019/10/04/college-basketballs-impact-transfers-2/

1. KERRY BLACKSHEAR, JR., Florida (Virginia Tech) (only tied due to the KBJ to ISU thread on CF for a day. That was fun.)
2. SHAKUR JUISTON, Oregon (UNLV) (SMH)
4. ADMON GILDER, Gonzaga (Texas A&M) (recruited Transfer)
7. CHRIS CLARKE, Texas Tech (Virginia Tech) (recruited HS)
11. ISAIAH MOSS, Kansas (Iowa) (obvious)

12. RASIR BOLTON, Iowa State (Penn State)
Bolton only got clearance from the NCAA last week for immediate eligibility after his transfer from the Nittany Lions, and he’ll immediately not only step into a starting spot for the Cyclones but very well could be their top scoring option following the departure of three players into the NBA from last year’s Big 12 tourney champs who are now looking to make their eighth NCAA tournament in nine years.

13. MARCUS CARR, Minnesota (Pittsburgh) (Recruited Transfer)

Forgot about McEwen at Marquette. Really liked his game.

The 6-foot-6, 195-pound wing player was the No. 4-ranked junior-college prospect in the nation last season, per 247Sports, following a solid freshman campaign at Akron, where he averaged 8.8 points and 4.7 rebounds per game in 2017-18.

At Bossier Parish Community College in Louisiana last year, Parrish averaged 18.4 points, 8.7 rebounds, 6.4 assists, 2.1 steals and 1.0 blocks per game while shooting 53.8 percent from the field, including 32 percent from three. He made 86.6 percent of his free throws. He was named the state's junior-college player of the year.

Would take him either way but does the 13 games he played last year exceed the RS threshold?

TJ Starks

6-2 196lb guard originally from Dallas, TX

career averages of 11.0 ppg 2.8 apg 2.1 rpg in 24 mpg over 59 career games.

Potentially some baggage as he was suspended following an arrest for marijuana possession but he had a tweet denying use of drugs and claims he has passed every drug test.

FWIW DePaul Transfer Carte'Are Gordon is playing JUCO Ball at North West Florida State this Season and will be immediately eligible next Season. Former top 75 player who originally had an Iowa State offer. This dude is at the top of my ISU Wish List. Although he transferred one time already and now has taken the JUCO rout he is a very very good player.

Kids very talented but man does he have some baggage. Already at his 3rd school.

Also just a 27% 3P shooter on 233 attempts.

He’d have to be crazy good otherwise to be a take.

Why do I get the feeling Matt A. already has made contact?
