WV needs a time out. Lots of 1 on 1, and scattered on D. A score in the 80’s is really bad for their chances.

Yes, pretty much making everything now. WVU sure didn't do themselves any favors at the ft line
Disappointing, WVU started strong then just fell apart. Seems like Huggins press just can't get over that hump in the tournament when you think that teams that have not had to play against that would struggle. Would have loved to have seen 4 Big 12 schools make the Elite 8. I hate that KU is looking like a team with a legit shot at winning it all right now. Talent wise this is not one of Bill Self's best KU teams and looked very vulnerable at times this year but somehow still won the Big 12 once again and making Self look great in the process. It figures because in the 2 pools I am in I didn't pick KU to make the Final 4 in either and its usually when I don't pick them they wind up making the Final 4 or winning it so I just need to make sure I always pick them to make the Final 4 in 1 pool every year to jinx them.
Kind of fitting since he was putting on his tough guy act starting in pre-game warmups.

Agree. Maybe Allen will kick some orange kid and Jim then gets T'ed up because a flagrant one isn't called. That's the kind of excitement we need.
It's tough to feel bad for WV but the refs decided that game, at one point Nova was in the double bonus with only 2 fouls called on them. They never figured anything out, the refs just started calling everything and Nova hit their FT's while Tech had to sit guys due to foul trouble. The foul issue highlighted WV's biggest weakness this year, depth, they depended on too many young guys that didn't consistently step up. It definitely cost them tonight, Nova only made their runs when WV had to sit their starters.
I'm lovin' seeing a Big 10 team going down. Not a fan of Painter or Purdue.
